2008 Pro-Line International Challenge

Date: May. 3-5, 2008
Where: Remote World Model Car Club in Upton Court Park, Slough, UK

Pictures & words provided by Neo Buggy -

"The Buggy final was intense! Maifield opened up a lead, only for Linus Thern and Boots to catch, both Linus and Elliot ran out of fuel, leaving Alsop and Maifield. Maifield then flamed out just as he as fuelling? Allowing Alsop to open a small gap, which he held until the 41st minute, meanwhile Maifield was leading but Tebo was on fire catching, a few bobbles here and there and Maifield crossed the finish line

The truggy final, was made up of all 12 that entered truggy, so a variety of talent (some more than others!) Alsop led, but his engine was v.rich and this was basically the root of problems for him in the final. He flamed out allowing Neumann and Thern to fight it out; Linus on a better fuel strategy drove well and took the win in the 30min final."
