| General Questions |
| Can I purchase products directly from Pro-Line? |
Unfortunately we do not currently sell directly to retailers or customers. However, you may have seen on some of the items on the website that have buy now buttons. These buttons are a link to a system called Shop-a-tron. This system will offer your order to many different dealers. Unfortunately we do not offer this option on some of the newer releases. For the items that are not currently offered by these means you may visit one of the below mail order companies for all of your ordering needs. |

Should I put a hole in my wheels to vent the tire? |
We definitely recommend putting holes in your wheels to vent the tire. Many of our wheel designs are currently offered with pre-drilled holes. |
| |
Will your bodies fit my chassis? |
Due to the variances of shock tower positions it is very difficult to say whether our existing bodies will successfully mount onto your chassis. With the correct mounting procedure and cutouts you may be able to get them to fit. However, because I cannot give you a definite answer my suggestion would be to take your chassis to your local hobby shop and test fit the body prior to purchase just to make sure that there wouldn’t be something that would stop you inevitably. |

Tire Questions |
What is the difference between M2 and M3 compound? |
a. M3 is the much softer compound of the two and is used when more traction is desired. The M2 will give you better tread life but less traction. The newer R3 material is just as soft as the M3 but will give you an increased tread life. |
b. This is similar to the 1/8 XTR and M2 tires. The M2 is the softer of the two and will give you better traction. The XTR is more firm and will give you longer tread life. |

What is included on the decal sheets that come with the Pro-Line bodies? |

How do I paint my body? |
|
| |
How do I mount my body? |
Mounting bodies can be quite tricky. But we have found that the easiest way to mount a body with no premarked holes is to first set the body on the vehicle, and draw with a marker or compass where you want the holes to be on the outside of the body. After you paint it you can easily cut the holes in where you have marked. |

Parts & Accessories Questions |
| I’m having some trouble with my Spinner assembly. Is there any installation tips? |
| Included in the spinner kit are shielded bearings, which have been selected to ensure smooth operation and longevity with proper maintenance. |
| |
Installation:
Before installing the bearings into the spinner face, visually inspect the bearing slot of the spinner face to ensure a clean and smooth surface where the bearing can easily slide. If necessary, gently de-burr the surface with an exacto knife.
Next, aligned the bearing into the slot. Carefully tap the bearing into the slot on a blunt face, where the impact is applied over the face of the bearing, and not on the protective shields.
We do not warranty bearings that have been damaged from installation.
|
| |
Maintenance:
Occasionally, bearings have to be clean out due to debris buildup and use. (The shields can offer some protection, but not deterrent to dirt particles). When your spinner does not spin freely, most likely your bearings are contaminated.
Flush out the bearings using bearing or nitro cleaner. Spray generously into the shield until the liquid (through the bearing) runs clear. Apply bearing oil into the shield and spin the bearing to spread the oil. Wipe off any oil from the face, as dirt will attract to any excess oil. At this point, the bearing should spin freely. |

| |
How do I use the 23mm HD system on my kit? |
| The 23mm HD system will easily mount up to today’s popular monster truck kits with an easy 1-2-3 installation. For more information please click here. |
| |
I have had some trouble with my cross pin bending and almost breaking when using the 23mm HD nuts. Is there an easy fix? |
| If you are over tightening the axle nuts, the pin is trying to be sheered. Use "Red 271 Loctite" on the axle nuts (not the 23mm wheel nut) and tighten snugly (light grip on your nut driver) but do not over tighten. Let the Loctite fully cure (4 hrs) before running. Using proper tightening will only subject the pin to the force of acceleration and breaking. All side loads should be exerted to the wheel bearing by the shoulder of the hub. |
